    I had mine with mushrooms, ricotta and salsa verde (instead of the green sauce) and it was delicious!

    This recipe has become part of my regular summer rotation - it’s so simple to make and comforting to eat, without being heavy. Any leftovers are great the following day too!

    This was really good, to the point I made it for my non-veg parents and they loved it. I served it with some crunchy crusty bread. Could not recommend this recipe enough
