it would be great if you could tell us what bits we can do in advance? would love to find recipes that can prep a day or two before and with this one not sure if can cook all the elements a day or 2 in advance and then just assemble?

Great recipe, really nice mix of flavours. Would maybe cook off the garlic next time; as nice as it is in the dressing, having it raw means you're still tasting it the next morning.

Hi Charlotte. You could leave the tahini out and use a little mustard and honey instead. It will change the flavours but would still be delicious!
