Definitely thread the spring onions onto the skewers later into the cook time as the time needed for the chicken is too long for the onions, so i found they burnt. Overall a tasty recipe though, especially the padron peppers. I added some soy sauce and laoganma to the rice at the end for added flavour

really nice! I couldn’t get hold of any Padrons so used chopped up bell pepper. also used chipotle chilli flakes for the end

Loved how simple the glaze was and how tasty it turned out. I've two grown boys (men) in my house as well as my husband and they all really enjoyed it.

The ingredient list mentions sesame oil but it isn't used in the method. I added it to the glaze and it turned out great. Love this recipe!
