What temperature should I be baking the stuffed croissants at? I went with 180 fan but the whites weren't quite set and the yolks were no longer runny after 10 minutes...

Hi Francesca, thanks for the helpful feedback! We'd recommend baking the stuffed croissants at 190°C for 10-15 mins, and keeping an eye on them for when the whites are just set and the yolks are still a bit gooey. (We've updated the recipe with these instructions).
