Tried the Blackberry, Pear & Pine Nut Crumble with a little twist – I swapped in pecans and added a hint of vanilla. The result was absolutely delicious! The pears and blackberries balanced each other beautifully, the crumble was rich and nutty, and the vanilla added a lovely depth of flavor. Perfectly comforting and even better served warm with ice cream or custard. Definitely a recipe I’ll be making again!
