Cacio e Pepe Scissor-Cut Noodles
This is a fantastic hack for creating a dish with the feeling of homemade pasta when in fact it takes less than 20 minutes. I had the idea when I was seeing Chinese scissor-cut noodles along with a German technique for making spätzle. You use this with an Italian pasta dough and then combined with an Italian sauce it will feel like fresh homemade pasta with no fuss. It's one of my proudest creations and now you can see it all over the internet!
