Chicken & Basil Stir Fry
Inspired by my favourite Thai dish, Pad Kra Pao, this is as good as meal prep gets. Ready in under 30 minutes and the flavour gets better the longer you leave it. Plus there’s barely any chopping (only the broccoli, but that’s easy.

quick and easy, perfect for a weeknight dinner. I made extra and the leftover box up and reheat great for work lunches.

Delicious. Will definitely make this again. test your chilli heat before adding so you know what your ‘heat’ is going to be. we topped with slices of radish and a sprinkling of black sesame seeds.

The sauce ended up being super salty (could be the brand of dark soy as some are saltier than others?). Would suggest halving the amount of soy or using regular soy instead of dark.

So delicious! I had to use chicken breasts as I couldn't find mince - I just minced it with a knife. I left out the sugar and only added half the soy sauce - but I did add a little bit of regular soy sauce over the egg. Will definitely make again!

I should have noted the sodium before choosing this recipe. It was tasty and my kids enjoyed the sauce which I portioned off before adding the HEAT. Adults had the spicy sauce and we enjoyed it. However, this is a salt bomb. 💣

Used slightly less sriracha as a family member isn’t as keen on spice but it was still absolutely delicious, had a lovely warmth behind it still and a gorgeous depth of flavour. Will be a family favourite for a long time to come I’m sure!

Very sauce heavy… are the sauce ingredients definitely tbsps rather than tsps?

We enjoyed this, we exchanged the broccoli for frozen green beans to give it some extra fibre (and save work) it was yummy, quick and easy, perfect weeknight meal !

What a delicious and spicy meal, not for the heat weak ! A great combination of flavors and easy to make

the siracha makes the whole dish too sweet.

Hey Digby! Thanks for giving this one a go. Totally get you on the sriracha, it can be a little sweet for some. You could substitute for crispy chilli oil for more spice and less sweetness.

Really nice with sticky rice, I didn’t use quite as much chilli as the recipe said but will still great

Nice but incredibly salty! Will use less fish sauce and soy sauce next time.
