    Couldn’t find fennel in local supermarket, lentils and pecans are quite bitter so could definitely do with being mixed with a veggie and I would make double the amount of dressing in future. Quite fiery, feta comes out delicious but if too much liquid added won’t be crispy as in photo. Overall healthy and something different, but can’t say I’d make again…

    Hi Jemima, we used a pouch of pre-cooked mixed grains here which contained a mix of barley, freekeh and quinoa. You can grab these from the supermarket or buy your grains individually - it's up to you!
