I think you need to check the calories on this, oil alone is 400cal per portion…. let alone 500cal for everything. I also find this as a very small portion, i ended up adding a fried egg and some salad on the side, it’s 3.5/5

What are the raw spring onions used for? The recipe just states that you chop them, but doesn't say what you use them for.
Can I save on wasting spronions if they're purely a garnish thing? But the recipe is great regardless - absolutely recommended!

Hey Alex! The spring onions are roasted in oven in step 1 and then added as a garnish later. Feel free to skip altogether its up to you!
