Tasty, but I agree with the previous comment about adding the chorizo, peppers and onions after the potatoes have been cooking for maybe 10-15 mins. Maybe reduce the temp to 180 if you are putting them all in together. My onions were burnt and the chorizo had lost a lot of its oil to become overcooked. The smoked paprika & fennel seeds subtly flavour the spuds. Very nice - will make again but adjust timings. I cheated on the aioli and mixed the roasted garlic and lemon juice into jar mayo.
