Loved this, so simple but the cheese really offset the sweetness of the squash. Garlic was pretty firm though, maybe I should've cooked it for longer.

Squash took a lot longer to cook, garlic didn't soften as much as it needed to, all the oil ??? A mess to tidy up . Sadly it didn't all add up for me .
