Absolutely delicious. Used mini Calabrian sausages found lurking in the freezer after buying them at a reduced price!!

Maybe I need stronger pesto, as I couldn't taste it all that much. I could've also done with adding more cream, because In the end, it just tasted like sausage and pasta. Easy and simple enough for a quick mid week dinner. I'll try again and refine the ingredients a bit.

Big hit in my household. We increase the meat slightly and only do about 75g of pasta per person, as we prefer it that way personally. But it's quick and delicious

Holy moly! This is the best dish I have tried from Mob so far. I didn’t have Italian seasoning, paprika or tomato puree - replaced with chilli flakes, used a chilli pesto and added big hunks of garlic during simmering. I also broke up some frozen beans and broccoli for greens and lastly topped with Parmesan. SO easy, quick, cheap and delish. Obsessed

Glad you enjoyed it! I think roasted med veggies would go great in this, peppers, aubergine, courgette, cherry tomatoes - roast in the oven on 180 degrees for around 30 minutes whilst you cook the rest of the dish then add it in at the end!? Spinach would be an easy one to just chuck in too!
