Delicious. As mentioned in another comment we used the 800g frozen spinach and that seemed about right (took about 12 mins to defrost) Needed more of the spinach liquid to blend as well. We also ended up using almost 2 blocks of feta (2x200g). Really yummy and the kids loved it too.

Hi Alex! Yep, you can defo switch for fresh spinach, use the same quantity and wilt it before using.

Delicious and easy! A note that the recipe says 400g frozen spinach (for 4 servings) and the video says 800g. I've gone with 800g and it seems to be correct.
