Loved it :) fried the sage separately so it was extra crispy to sprinkle on top at the end. Will definitely make again!

I'd never cooked stuffed gnocchi before but definitely will again! The crunch of the hazelnuts, sweetness of the pumpkin and the crispy gnocchi were beautiful together with a fantastic flavour kick from the sage. Can't wait to try some more recipies!

3 packs of Rana gnocchi later 😋 love the combo of the butternut squash and hazelnuts…all about the texture. Absolute flavour bomb with the sage too - perfect for a warming cosy dinner.
