I really enjoyed this recipe but I think the measurements for the water, soy sauce and rice vinegar are wrong. I used the ones stated above, and for the sauce I had to put it through a sieve after blitzing it because it was so liquid!

Though I love MOB , I do find the editing of hour recipes can be on the poor side .
I'll give an example in this you could say 'remove pork from pan and keep for later for the veg , but you don't.Mines be washed up and back in the cupboard , then I'm like 'oh ' I need it again ... just maybe a little tip.
