Just made this and it surpassed expectations. One of the things I loved is that it was easily adaptable... didn't have coriander so I used mint, didn't have flaked almonds so used a variety of mixed unsalted nuts that I roughly chopped, also threw in some mushrooms that I needed to use up and leftover rice (so much less water). Delicious - it's made it to my 'keepers' folder!
