Lovely sweet treat. Just one thing about the method, on a phone you lose step 4 and have to scroll so I put all the ingredients in to the food processor apart from the garnish. The instructions should say all ingredients except chocolate and peanuts for garnish. And, wasn't sure how many balls to roll lol

These are so good! I tweaked the recipe as my blender is tiny, so I used date paste and once I’d blitzed the peanuts I just mixed everything with a wooden spoon. I used ground almonds in place of chia seeds to make it gentler for my guts. I didn’t read the comments about portioning and made the mix into 8 balls - I found those filling enough to be honest and 1 ball saw me through a 10K run! I used a bit more chocolate to cover them though.

On the video it looks like you put dark chocolate in the mix for blending - is that right?

Assume when it says blend everything except the peanuts it means the peanuts for garnishing and not the 180g peanuts?

Hi Joel! Glad you enjoyed them. These will last at least 7 days in the fridge but, yes, you can freeze them as well. Thaw them in the fridge overnight the day before you want to eat them.

Hi Jenn! They should last up to 7 days in the fridge. Keep them in an airtight container to prevent them from drying out or absorbing fridge smells.
