Is there an alternative to adding protein powder? Not something I use at all.

Hi Jennifer, you can leave out the protein powder! Just maybe add a little less milk or some more flour to get the mix to the right texture :)

Very nice! I have tried similar recipes before but it always turned out dry and compact. Not this one, it tastes really nice and I added my own choice of nuts to it too :)
