Will definitely make this with half the coffee next time - way too strong for me!

Next time I would use less coffee, this didn’t taste good and I had to throw it away. I also substituted the milk for semi skimmed as that’s all I had in so perhaps that made a difference too

Hi Rebecca, thanks for giving this recipe a go, we're sorry this didn't hit the mark for you! Oat milk does give that creamy texture and if you'd prefer a less strong coffee taste you can always half the coffee, or add some cocoa powder and make it a mocha!

I made with half the coffee as some suggested - I think could have a bit more next time. But it was amazing.

for me the measuring for the fluids were way off, I had to add around 150ml to the oat base. Maybe we have different oats here in Germany?🤔

Too much coffee for me! I put in half as much and much preferred it.

I have never been a breakfast person and have always struggled to find a healthy, filling, and tasty option that works for me - enter mob's overnight oats recipes. You guys are doing great work, appreciate you all!

not sure why but this recipe doesn't seem to be marked as vegetarian so doesn't come up if you have the veggie filter on (I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be veggie from ingredients list)

Hey Rachel! Thank you so much for highlighting this issue, it is something we are working to resolve at mob :)

Really tasty recipe, but I found it to be too thick of a consistency. I definitely prefer a looser overnight oat. Will definitely be making again, but just playing about with the liquid content

This is incredible. I used chia seeds rather than hemp hearts as I had them in stock. This may have become an instant favourite breakfast!!

Made this for 1 to try and added a whole TSP as per the recipe without thinking and tasted like I took a mouthful of seawater! 😂 Might need updating

Hey Jodie! Sorry to hear that! For 1 serving you'd need a small pinch of salt, there's an issue with our serving calculator here - we're on it!

Do you need to use hemp seeds for this or can they be left out?

Just wondering if there’s a reason for using oat milk rather than cow’s milk? (Mostly wondering because I don’t have oat milk in right now but have everything else!)

If I don’t have hemp seeds, can I use chia instead?

Start with less coffee and work your way up I'd say. Since I was making only 3 portions and my scales are a bit cheap and not sensitive enough I think I added too much instant coffee and had to compensate with some mascarpone I had in the fridge. Was nice but very coffee-ee!

Should the coffee grounds be strained out? I’m assuming so, but recipe doesn’t say to do so, and I don’t want to get it wrong ☺️

Hi Anna! Thanks so much for flagging this and sorry for the confusion. We'd recommend using instant coffee granules for ease (we've updated the ingredients list), or you can strain out the coffee grounds if making fresh.

Can you freeze this please? This info would be really useful to have on all recipes

Hi Sally. The base would freeze okay but we'd recommend making the topping fresh or the Greek yoghurt might turn grainy. We haven't tried freezing this one but if it works, please report back!

Initially thought it was too sweet for breakfast but I've fully come around to it! Unreal - having it everyday now

This recipe is actually delicious. It kicked off that immediate craving for coffee and wasn't overly sweet. This is 100% going into every meal plan.
