Great recipe! Loved the flavours, although I did omit the fennel as not everyone in my family is a fan. The dressing on the salad is nice and light and fresh. Will definitely make again.

We love this on a night where the criteria is fresh, simple and light. Makes for one of those good in-between season meals; roast dinner meets fragrant salad. Thumbs up from us!
