    For anyone looking to add more veg, you could grate a couple of carrots and courgettes and add it to the ragu while it’s simmering. Just be sure to squeeze out all the water from the courgette in some kitchen roll (or a tea towel if you don’t mind it being stained green!) before you add it to the dish 😊

    This was FANTASTIC!!! So bloody delicious I ate it so fast! Probably next time I would add some veggies (such as spinach) into the ragù just to beef it out a bit!

    Made this on a cold day and it went down perfectly! I finished it off in the oven instead of the grill, but that's just my cooking preference and served with some corn to add some veg. Great recipe!
