Hi Claire! Yes you can – for best results freeze the meatball sauce at the end of step 6 (after letting it cool thoroughly) then cook the pasta fresh on the day. Alternatively you could freeze a portion of the combined spaghetti and meatballs but it might effect the texture of the pasta.
