    mine was quite spicy, but maybe that depends on Nduja type. I think that amount of Burrata is not quite right. Regular bowl from Waitrose is 125g, so should I get 4 of them?:)

    Hey Giovani, thanks for giving this one a go! This recipe is based on slightly larger balls of burrata, so if you can only find smaller ones then you might need to get a few of them, or use a smaller amount to top the dish if you don't want to buy 4!
