Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the peaches. Chop the nuts.
Step 2.
Lay a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. Sprinkle the nuts on the sheet to around the size of your bread slice. Drizzle some agave onto the nuts, then lay the sliced peach over the nuts.
Step 3.
Generously spread your bread with tahini. Lay the bread onto the nuts, and press down gently so it sticks.
Step 4.
Toast in the oven for around 5 mins or until your bread is as toasted as you like it.
Step 5.
Remove from the oven and lay a plate or another tray on top of the toast. Carefully flip it over and remove the baking paper. Best served immediately. Enjoy!
