delicious, but we found that we needed a lot more for a portion for dinner! we cooked the 4 person serve for 2 of us and our 2 year old!

Beautiful flavour from the sauce. It was a bit soupy I thought, so I added another can of drained chickpeas. And also two handfuls of fresh baby spinach for goodness. Will be on my regular rotation.

I used dried chickpeas (soaked overnight and cooked) and tinned cherry tomatoes. This is absolutely delicious! I adore feta so it needs far more than 25g per person in my opinion, but other than that, it's a 10 out of 10

Really easy and tasty recipe, will definitely make again.
I added a 700g jar of queen chickpeas instead of a 400g can and it worked well.

Banging. Simple but packs flavour. I added mushrooms for extra texture

Really simple, really tasty and great for meal prep / lunches. Would work really well with half chickpeas and wholewheat pasta for a high protein, high fibre pasta dish
