delicious! it has a nice zingy flavour. I used Siracha and miso paste in absence of gochunjang and that seemed to work well.

Lovely recipe nice amount of heat and never used limes before in similar dishes. I did use some tinned tomatoes but noticed a lot of fat in the pan - maybe from the paste?
Thanks Mob!

I would just say the prep & cooking times are way off, I’d say I spent a good 15/20 prepping and chopping grating etc then another 25/30 to actually cook as the sausages take ages to caremikse properly

Adapted this recipe to a dairy free version and it was a big hit with the family. Added mushrooms to up the veggies. Very nice and would make again.

Cooked this twice and both times has been great. I have substituted chicken sausages and added extra veg. Second time I did with pan cooked slightly crispy gnocchi and was even better than with pasta!

Could you add spinach or peas to increase the veggies?

Instead of using pork sausages does it not make more sense to use pork mince which is already crumbled?

So delicious and easy to make! We used caramelised red onion sausages so reduced the amount of honey used.

this is so delicious! swapped out cream for light cream cheese to reduce the calories, and tad less Gochunjang as authentic paste was way too spicy. So moreish. very much recommend 👌

Likely a future staple for us! Substituted the heavy cream for coconut cream, and used spicy Italian pork sausages. Very tasty!

it sounds a weird mix of Japanese and Italian but is so good. I’ve made this 4 times already. I usually add a red pepper too.
