Genuinely the best chicken burger ever. I decided to leave the gochujang sauce out as I have a family of fussy eaters although I know for a fact I would of enjoyed it.
Did mine with chicken breast, still tender and juicy as to be expected with 24 hours in the yogurt marinade. Also used red cabbage for the coleslaw, that plus kimchi mayo is plenty of wet tbh. Screenshot this for life!!

Very tasty. Didn't make quite per recipe. Had to use a "gochujang style" BBQ sauce from Aldi as I had run out of real gochujang and it was too late to go to Sainsbury's for my fave. Used minced chicken and mixed the marinade into it with breadcrumbs (minus eggs and flour) to make the burgers. Didn't have kimchi, so didn't make the mayo. But topped with the slaw, chilli sauce, fried egg and mushrooms. Saving the recipe so we can make it properly next time as the fried chicken looks scrummy!

This was amazing! I didn’t have much time to cook, so my chicken only marinated for 15 minutes, but the sauce is so delicious, it didn’t matter. The ultimate Friday night dinner with a beer to kick off the weekend!

I'll never get over how good these burgers are. I sometimes buy skin-on thighs and bake the skin until crispy to add another layer to the burger. This will absolutely kill me, but it's worth it.
