Hey Danielle, sorry this one wasn't to your taste. If you want to boost up the flavours you could try adding in some chilli flakes or 1 tsp of paprika with the garlic. :) x

I added 1 red chilli and the seeds, to the initial pan fry, with a good pinch of salt. I added about 20g ish of basil as I love the flavour, amazing taste.
My chicken thighs were quite small with a lot of skin so I removed some with the bones and chopped the rest of the skin. Served with loads of parmesan and garlic bread.
Used it a s a batch cook, so 3 portions for the freezer..... result.

Slow cooker 3 hours on low. Find a better recipe, this was simple, but really plain:(
