Really enjoyed but felt like there was too much liquid having 850ml stock + 400ml milk in the blender… maybe I read this wrong? More soupy pasta but very tasty!

Swapped cheddar for nutritional yeast and swapped sesame seeds for toasted almond slices. Dead easy and really tasty

This is really lovely! I air fried some chickpeas in smoked paprika seasoning to add in to the dish to give it a little bit more to the dish - but the pasta recipe itself is very tasty

I really enjoyed the flavours in this dish. I did read the instructions wrong and put the peppers into the blender at the start but this didn’t change much I don’t think. Less faff if anything. I served it with a little crispy chorizo on top, because, why not. Will put this into my rotation as an easy midweek dinner.
