I put the chicken with all of the marinade into a Dutch oven with lid, then slow cooked at 130 Celsius fan-oven (150 Celsius conventional) for 1 hour and 15mins. Might need longer if you have bone in. Skipped the step with crisping and caramelising but it was divine anyway. I didn’t mix all of the juices in the end to make it healthier. Also marinated the sliced red onions with a bit of lime juice and added green chilli slices as in the recipe picture. Absolute winner!

I hate that this recipe's instructions tell you use a very specific air fryer & grill instead of providing instructions thare more general.
