My husband can always finish whatever I put in front of him… but neither of us could eat this. Soooo disappointing. It tastes like something is missing?? (Can’t put my finger on what…)

I love this recipe!!! I have made it twice already. For me the tahini amount is perfect, maybe depends on the brand

This was really nice. Make sure the tahini sauce isn't too thick or it affects the texture and don't skip the salad the freshness really balances everything out

The sauce recipe I think needs a bit of tweaking, tastes very bitter and too much tahini

I don’t like the tahini sauce by itself, but if you mix the mince (I used beef instead of pork for accessibility reasons) through it actually balances to a great dish. If you want to eat the noodles by themselves I would definitely recommend adding some honey or a pinch of sugar to balance it a bit, it’s very tahini-heavy otherwise.
