The flavours developed with this the more it was cooked. Warning on the gochujang - start with half, or less, of the spicy paste and taste and add as you go as it was eye-watering for me! Enough in this recipe for 3 mains and 2 lunches.

Really lovely sauce! I only had buckwheat noodles and spinach to hand, which weren’t as nice. I’m also allergic to peanuts so used seeds instead - just a really lovely, easy dinner that feels good. Will definitely do again.
