    I forgot that adding boiling hot cherry tomatoes from the oven would cook the eggs too. So next time I would remove them a bit earlier than ready, prior to adding the tomatoes. I also grilled the breads next to the tomatoes with a bit of olive oil and a garlic rub, like for a bruschetta. Turned out great!
