    always a hit 🤩 would recommend not skimping out on the savoiardi biscuits. made it with proper italian ones second time around and they soaked up a lot more coffee / amaretto gave it so much more flavour !

    you can always leave it out and add more espresso if needed. I've also seen people making it with rum, coffee liqueur, vanilla extract, or Marsala wine depending on what is available to them

    Hi Thomas and Mandy. Yes you can definitely just omit the alcohol, or add some almond extract instead. Marsala wine, kahlua, brandy, rum, baileys would also work.
