This is my most frequently made recipe on the website. It so easy to have the ingredients to hand (unlike Christina’s more impressive romesco chickpeas and charred cabbage sandwich). It’s a bit thin if eating it fresh but the second serving thickened up nicely in the fridge. I use naked tofoo usually but if buying a Chinese firm tofu, it benefits from freezing before cooking.
