Paired with a drizzle of rich olive oil, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, and served over creamy yoghurt, these poached eggs create a mouthwatering dish that's both satisfying and healthy. Whether you’re a fan of scrambled eggs or enjoy a classic soft-boiled egg, this Turkish-inspired recipe is a game-changer for your breakfast routine. Love this recipe. I've cooked it for a super-quick and tasty dinner a couple of times although I poach the eggs in water and add some greens on the side. Also, I skipped the butter with the Aleppo pepper - oil alone is great. Delicious!

very taste, air fried poached eggs didn’t work for me so just reverted to water and pot!
