Step 1.
1 Adult Serving = 2 Kids Servings
Slice the brioche rolls in half through the middle, so you’ve got two long pieces from each.
Step 2.
Crack the eggs into a shallow dish. Add the milk, cinnamon and maple syrup or honey. Whisk everything together until well combined. Dunk the brioche into the eggy mixture, turning so they’re fully coated.
Step 3.
Melt a knob of butter in a large frying pan set over a medium heat. Let the excess egg drip off the brioche, then lay them into the pan. Fry for 2 mins on each side until golden and crisp. Work in batches if needed.
Step 4.
Serve up!
Kids Plate: Slice up the french toast into easy to grab dippers with a spoonful of yoghurt, fresh berries and a little drizzle of honey.
Parents Plate: Serve up with yoghurt, berries and your favourite toppings.
