Step 1.
Fill a large saucepan with salted water and bring to the boil. Once boiling, drop in the pasta and cook following pack instructions. Just before draining, scoop out 100ml of the pasta water.
Step 2.
Return the cooked pasta to the pan and set over a medium-high heat. Stir through the Spicy Tomato & Pepper Sauce until hot, loosening with a splash of pasta water if needed. Taste and season, if needed.
Step 3.
Spoon into bowls and finish with a generous grating of Parmesan. Dig in.
