I made this and it was gorgeous, kept really well for 4 days. I found 500g dried pasta A LOT for 4 portions so maybe thats cooked weight?

Hi Jenny! Glad you loved the recipe so much! The 500g Orecchiette is the dried weight here but feel free to reduce the serving size if you'd like a smaller portion.

I think a lot of the calories come from the amount of pasta. I usually give 75g of dried pasta per person - so this recipe would be around 300g of pasta total
