Woof. I was surprised that you didn't need sugar to balance out the soy in this. I added chicken thinly sliced pepper otherwise it would have been an aubergine slop but it was soooooo good

Cooked as an evening meal. Added some fried beansprouts to make it go further but didn’t really need to have. Smashing dish!
